Reasons for unqualified pH value of textiles</p

There are many reasons why the pH value of textiles exceeds the standard. If the various dyes and finishing auxiliaries used in the printing, dyeing and finishing processes of textiles are not fully washed or neutralized, and various finishing agents are added during the washing process without standardized control, It will cause the pH value of the final product to exceed the standard. �总结下来,有如下几种原因:</p

1、企业为降低成本,随意减少生产工序,对经过染色、整理或特殊工艺处理后的产品没有进行充分水洗或酸碱中和,致使pH值偏高或偏低。

2、生产企业使用一些价格低廉、质量不稳定的直接染料、涂料进行染色和印花。使用这些染料生产的产品在进行弱酸、弱碱中和后,产品发暗,没有光泽,甚至色相发生变化或留有难闻的气味。因此为保持产品的鲜艳光泽,有些企业明知道产品pH值偏高,也不进行中和,造成了产品质量不合格。

3、一些小企业缺乏印染方面的技术人才,重要岗位的工作人员没有受过系统的专业培训,有的甚至还靠经验来决定水洗次数和所加酸、碱量的多少。生产的纺织品的pH值不稳定,pH值不合格现象突出。

4、部分企业实验室缺少必要的检测设备,只简单使用pH试纸进行检测。而研究表明,pH试纸只适用于检测具有较大电解质浓度溶液的酸碱度,纺织品萃取液pH值一般接近中性,溶液电解质浓度很低,不适宜用pH试纸测量。

5、企业试验人员操作误差的影响。纺织品pH值的测试是一项对仪器、试验条件要求特别高的试验操作,试验温度、取样质量、萃取时间、pH计的校准等均会影响纺织品pH值的测定结果。
