Wuhan’s “Ten Thousand Enterprises Educate Talents” project adds stamina to the development of service companies

On September 29, the first “Enterprise Labor and Employment Management Training Course” sponsored by the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology and hosted by the Wuhan Industrial Vocational Education Association successfully concluded at the Wuhan Gongtai Company Training Center.

This training class was established based on the actual situation of Wuhan enterprises. It is one of the key projects of the Wuhan Municipal Government’s 2021 “Ten Thousand Enterprises Educating Talents” project, aiming to help enterprises select, employ and manage talents. More than 70 senior executives, personnel ministers, and grassroots managers from Wuhan Yudahua Textile and Garment Group, Jihua 3506 Textile and Garment Company and other companies participated in the three-day study.

Enterprise labor and employment are the major and difficult issues that enterprises are most concerned about. At present, in the labor market in Wuhan, on the one hand, it is difficult for enterprises to recruit workers, and on the other hand, it is difficult for a large number of laborers to find jobs. Faced with this contradictory phenomenon, many business decision-makers in Wuhan feel a sense of urgency. The professors and principals of this training class helped the students conduct analysis and gave them satisfactory answers in theory and practice. Participants reported: Through this training class, they not only solved some enterprises’ doubts about employment, but also mastered some policies and feasible methods in talent selection, employment and management. They also updated their knowledge, broadened their horizons and improved their skills. The municipal government has done a good and practical thing for the enterprise by improving its own management level. After returning home, we will use the knowledge learned in the training class to do a good job in cultivating and introducing corporate talent, do a good job in corporate employment management, and continuously improve the level of corporate operation and management. Add stamina to enterprise development.

In the training class, Professor Liu Yang, Professor Fang Zhiyong and Senior Lecturer Long Shanhuan respectively taught “Concepts and Policy Interpretations of Enterprise Labor and Employment Management”, “Experiences and Practices in Labor and Employment”, “Labor and Employment Trends in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” Analysis and Countermeasures” and other courses, the training class adopts face-to-face teaching by professors, actual case analysis, sand table simulation, and two-way interaction based on the actual situation of the enterprise. In the training class, the association organized a corporate labor and employment salon event for company leaders, human resources executives and students to participate. Everyone communicated with each other and solved many companies’ doubts and problems in labor and employment. The students generally reported that the learning was worthwhile. .

The organization of this training class is in place. In order to prevent and control the epidemic, the study area of ​​the training class is disinfected every day, and the students have their temperature taken and scanned and wear masks every day. Students should be seated at a table apart from each other. In order to manage the training class well, the training class has established a class committee. The association adopts a class teacher responsibility system. The class teacher checks attendance, rolls rolls, and makes comments every day, and provides students with free learning materials, school supplies, lunch, etc. The students who participated in this study came from three towns in Wuhan, and some were in the suburbs. Many students overcame difficulties and came to study. In particular, students from Wuhan Yudahua Textile and Garment Group stayed in hotels near the teaching location in order not to delay their studies. During the study, everyone listened carefully, took notes, and actively participated in the interaction between teachers and students. After the training class, 8 students from Yudahua Textile and Garment Group and Jihua 3506 Textile and Garment Company won the Outstanding Student Award after recommendation and selection.
