1. Differences in product stability:
Under the same process conditions, different waterproof and oil-repellent agents have very different probabilities of sticking to the roller. Adding fillers to increase the solid mass fraction of water and oil repellents will lead to a decrease in product stability.
2. Equipment:
When a roll with a rough surface is dipped in the working fluid of a waterproof and oil-repellent agent, the surface of the roll is easily contaminated by precipitates, and the probability of roll sticking in a backward steam drying drum will increase significantly.
3. Residual additives on fabric surface:
If the pre-treatment of polyester fabric is not clean and there is a lot of anionic surfactant remaining, the probability of roller sticking will be greatly increased. When white polyester cloth is treated with waterproof and oil-proof treatment, more white spots will appear, and the roller sticking phenomenon is serious; while dyed cloth of the same specification is better, because after the dyed cloth is dyed at high temperature, most of the residue on the cloth surface has been decomposed at high temperature, and the cloth The surface is cleaner. The solution is to strengthen the washing of the cloth surface.
4. Processing environment:
The phenomenon of roller sticking is seasonal and is more concentrated in summer and autumn. During waterproof and oil-proof processing, the probability of roller sticking increases significantly when the temperature exceeds 35°C. In addition, excessive organic matter in groundwater can easily cause roller sticking. The solution is to use tap water and clean the dirt on the pad in time.
