Waterproof effect evaluation (refer to AATCC-22SprayTest)
1. Fix the 180X180mm test sample tightly on a ring with a diameter of 152mm to make its surface smooth and free of wrinkles.
2. Place the ring with the fabric on the stand of the test instrument so that the center of the nozzle is aligned with the center of the ring.
3. Make the warp direction of the fabric follow the direction of water droplets flowing down the cloth surface, add 250ml of water at 27±1°C into the funnel of the funnel test instrument, and let it finish spraying in 25-30 seconds. Avoid contact with the funnel when adding liquid. . The movement of the funnel changes the relative position of the nozzle to the fabric.
4. The spray time must be controlled at 25-30s, otherwise you should check whether the small holes are enlarged or blocked.
5. Hold one side of the ring, tap it with a hard object on the opposite side of the ring, and make the test sample face the object, then turn the ring 180 degrees and repeat the above action once.
