The unshaped fabric is fed into the machine from the edge stripper in flat width. The machine automatically hooks both ends of the fabric to the needle plate. The two ends of the needle plate enter the oven along with the mechanical operation. The oven is powered by an electric machine. Heating, blowing by a fan, and passing through several constant-temperature ovens with different temperature sections. After entering the tail end and cooling to remove static electricity, the swing is dropped into the cloth cart, and a crisp and beautiful cloth is obtained.
Stenter shaping is generally used for polyester and other chemical fiber products.
