On the morning of October 20, the China Industrial Textiles Industry Intelligent Manufacturing Forum was held in Beijing.

Yu Jianyong, President of Donghua University and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, addressed the conference via video. Developing textile intelligent manufacturing will help achieve lean manufacturing, efficient manufacturing, agile manufacturing, service manufacturing, collaborative manufacturing, and green manufacturing, promote the development of textile intelligent manufacturing, and transform and upgrade the textile industry, high-quality development plays a key role.

Based on the actual development of the industry, Yu Jianyong put forward three ideas on textile intelligent manufacturing. First, we must promote the development of textile intelligent manufacturing as needed. At present, my country’s textile industry as a whole is at the intersection of Industry 2.0 and 3.0. It should develop on demand and promote digital textile manufacturing, digital networked manufacturing and digital networked intelligent manufacturing in parallel. Develop digital textile workshops and factory technology, and gradually upgrade to intelligent workshops, comprehensively open up the production and operation information chain, and realize the intelligence of the entire textile manufacturing chain.

Secondly, it is necessary to accelerate the improvement of core key software and hardware technologies in textile intelligent manufacturing. Develop intelligent equipment, sensors, special control devices, control software, management software, etc. that are suitable for high-speed textile production and flexible material processing, and drive the independent regulation of textile process parameters under dynamic changes in raw materials, temperature and humidity environment, equipment performance and other parameters; intelligence Group intelligence collaboration among multiple agents such as equipment and AGV systems enables intelligent optimization of system operation and independent decision-making.

Finally, we must accelerate the digitalization process of the entire textile industry chain. With industry leading enterprises as the core, we build a data space for the entire industry chain to drive customized collaborative design, collaborative allocation of corporate resources, and collaborative management of production processes; through the digitization of textile manufacturing resources, business processes, supply chain management, and other businesses, we In-depth analysis and mining provide data flow for textile intelligent manufacturing and build a networked collaborative rapid response service system.

Yu Jianyong said that this year is the first year of my country’s “14th Five-Year Plan”. To achieve the textile “14th Five-Year Plan” goals and the 2035 long-term goals, it is crucial to build a high-quality textile intelligent manufacturing system.
