Wensu’s 300,000-ton polyester chemical fiber vertical integration project starts
On October 25, Wensu County’s 300,000-ton polyester chemical fiber vertical integration project started laying the foundation stone in the Zhejiang-Suzhou Science and Technology Industrial Park.
On the same day, the Wensu County People’s Government signed an investment promotion contract for a high-grade recycled paper project with an annual output of 200,000 tons with Zhejiang Science and Technology Industrial Park Development (Aksu) Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Guosheng Paper Co., Ltd.; Development (Aksu) Co., Ltd. and Juntian Textile Machinery Technology Wuxi Co., Ltd. signed an investment promotion contract for the Zhejiang-Suzhou Science and Technology Industrial ParkIntelligent Manufacturing project; and signed an investment contract with Aerospace Great Wall Trading Co., Ltd., Zhejiang-Suzhou Science and Technology Industrial ParkIntelligent Manufacturing project Petrochemical Home Textile Technology (Aksu) Co., Ltd. and Wensu County Zhenghao Infrastructure Investment and Construction Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement.
Zhu Linsen, deputy secretary of the Prefectural Committee and commander of the Zhejiang Provincial Xinjiang Aid Headquarters, and Li Wangjun, deputy director of the regional CPPCC Working Committee, attended the signing and groundbreaking ceremony and laid the foundation stone for the project.
Zhu Linsen pointed out at the signing ceremony that the projects signed and started this time form a complete upstream and downstream industrial chain, and also provide supporting services for the polyester chemical fiber project. They are also a model of the effectiveness of the current business-based investment promotion work. These projects The implementation will surely inject new vitality and new impetus into the economic and social development of Wensu County and even the region.
Zhu Linsen requested that all relevant departments and units in the region should improve their political stance, build ideological consensus, effectively increase support, improve work efficiency, and monitor project establishment, land, and environmental protection. The application for approval will be processed within a limited time to create the best environment for the development of Zhejiang-Suzhou Science and Technology Industrial Park in Wensu. Wensu County should take this signing as an opportunity to take a long-term approach and focus on the current status of industrial development to further strengthen top-level design, increase investment in park infrastructure, and assist in guiding park planning, construction, operation, management and supporting supporting services. It is understood that Zhejiang-Su Science and Technology Industrial Park (Aksu) Co., Ltd. will mainly undertake the construction of polyester, Spandex and other synthetic fiber vertically integrated manufacturing projects and supporting related projects, while also striving to attract high-performance composite membrane material projects using local resources such as oil, natural gas, and coal as raw materials, Chlor-alkali deep processing projects and high-end decorative sheets and other related projects that form an upstream and downstream chain with existing local industries.
