Textile industry

The focus of the textile industry here includes the textile industry, textile and clothing/apparel industry, chemical fiber manufacturing and other related industries. It has the characteristics of long industrial chain, rapid market changes, obvious cluster development characteristics, and growing demand for personalized products. At present, the textile industry has urgent needs in enhancing its technological innovation capabilities, adapting to personalized consumption trends, and industrial green transformation, and developingintelligentManufacturing, service-oriented extension, network collaboration, digital management and other models have great potential.

Companies such as Youngor Group, Ailai Group, Hengshen Group, and Xinfengming Group have used 5G technology to carry out typical scenarios such as production unit simulation, process compliance verification, production process traceability, and enterprise collaboration, which have greatly improved the industry’s level of digitization.

Case 1: Youngor Garment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. cooperated with China Unicom to carry out the construction of the “5G+digital twin” project and realized the application of production unit simulation scenarios. Based on digital twin technology, the Youngor suit factory is virtually restored to a 1:1 ratio in terms of geographical information, physical information, and operating logic, and the real-time data of sewing machine (such as sewing machine data) is processed through the data acquisition module. Start/stop, speed, fault, etc.), AGV status information (position, speed, delivery materials, etc.) as well as the location and detection results of the inspection robot are collected and uploaded to the digital twin system using the 5G network. Through the system’s monitoring, analysis and alarming of the real-time production and operation status of the production site, especially of mobile equipment, global information such as factory production, logistics, and equipment can be remotely grasped intuitively and visually, solving the problems of traditional systems caused by information abstraction, points, and breakpoints. The resulting problems such as delayed decision-making and untimely handling of factory exceptions have improved the decision-making efficiency of the factory management and the execution efficiency of the workshop level. The production efficiency has increased by 25% and the order delivery cycle has been shortened by 10%.

Case 2: Islay Fashion Co., Ltd. cooperated with China Telecom to carry out the construction of the “Aslay 5G+ Industrial Internet Cloud Platform” project and realized the application of process compliance verification scenarios. The real-time data of the sewing machine (such as the start and stop of the sewing machine, speed, fault, needle insertion, station time, etc.) is collected through the data acquisition module and transmitted to the AILAI 5G+ Industrial Internet Cloud Platform through the 5G network. The cloud platform integrates and analyzes the collected actual needle insertion time and non-needle insertion time of the sewing machine with data from the factory MES and standard working hours system (GSD), and generates real-time needle movement waveforms of the equipment and various production reports. Leverage the cloudPlatform modeling can accurately analyze the working status of each employee, each workstation, and each sewing machine at any time, any place, and any cycle, calculate the process accuracy of each machine and each production line, and detect abnormalities in a timely manner. Reduce process problems such as skipped stitches, cross-stitches, and cross-color caused by needle pitch deviation. Deploy optimal parameters based on analysis to further improve productquality and lay a solid foundation for lean production in digital factories.

Case 3: The Henan base of the chemical fiber sector of Hengshen Group cooperated with China Mobile to carry out the construction of the “nylon filament 5G + industrial Internet platform” project, realizing the application of production process traceability scenarios . Collect production information such as production batches, production lines, spinning positions and real-time status of process parameters, winding reports, broken wire reports, alarm information and other production process data of silk spindles, and transmit them to the nylon filament 5G+ industrial Internet platform in real time through the 5G network . In the balance room, the wire car information is read based on 5G+ radio frequency identification technology (RFID), and the turnover position and time control situation of each wire car are recorded. Combined with the quality inspection results, personnel and other information recorded by MES, the production factors are connected front and back; In the packaging process, industrial cameras are used to collect the product’s internal standard QR code information, and it is transmitted to the cloud database through the 5G network for verification to determine whether it meets the packaging specifications. Through the massive data storage function of the platform, the entire production process of a single product can be traced with one click, achieving closed-loop quality control including quality planning, process control, exception handling, management decision-making and problem closure, and completing product quality traceability and sales. Cross-stock tracking and other functions.

Case 4: Xinfengming Group Co., Ltd. cooperated with China Mobile to build the “Feng Platform”, a 5G+ industrial Internet platform for the chemical fiber industry, realizing the application of enterprise collaborative cooperation scenarios. The platform integrates “master data, real-time data, enterprise resource planning (ERP), MES, WMS, big data and business intelligence, application programs (APP) and identification analysis” to achieve internal and external interconnection. Through the Feng platform, we integrate resources from the market, sales to production and logistics, build flexible organizational capabilities, realize integrated management of product distribution and self-pickup, integrated analysis of procurement, production and sales, and integrated operation of domestic and foreign trade logistics, and gain real-time access to chemical fiber Production orders and quality data. Utilize 5G technology and 5G terminals such as 5G industrial modules, industrial gateways, and industrial PLCs to achieve real-time monitoring of key equipment in the production process throughout the upstream and downstream of the chemical fiber industry. Upstream and downstream enterprises in the chemical fiber industry chain can share resource data through the platform, efficiently support scientific operations of enterprises, and promote mutual benefit in the industry.
