Environmentally friendly filter materials are a specialty industry in Funing County. They started in the 1980s. After more than 30 years of efforts, it has become the country with the highest degree of agglomeration, the most complete industrial chain, the largest market share, and the most innovative brands. It is an environmentally friendly filter material production base with strong capabilities, the best technical equipment and the best carrier platform, and enjoys the reputation of “Funing filter material is the best in the world”. From the 2019 Funing regional competition to the 2020 industry competition, it was successfully upgraded to a national level for the first time this year.This type of competition has witnessed the leap-forward development of Funing’s filter material industry, as well as the pattern and responsibility of collaborative development with enterprises in the national filter material industry.
Based on the distribution of industrial clusters, the organizing committee of this competition has set up three competition areas in the country: Fushun, Liaoning in the north, Funing, Jiangsu in the east, and Tiantai, Zhejiang, in the southeast. After selecting the best from the best and the best from the best, the final selection will be sent out. 67 contestants from 36 companies in three competition regions entered the finals.
The preliminary round of the Funing Division in the East and Central China was held at Jiangsu Blue Sky Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd.. 107 contestants from 26 filter material companies including Zhejiang and Nanjing completed the sewing of high-temperature and normal-temperature filter bags within the specified time. The final decision was made by the referee. 50 outstanding players will be selected to participate in this national final.
The preliminary round of the northern Fushun competition area has received active participation from relevant enterprises in Liaoning Province. A total of 30 front-line technical workers from 15 filter bag manufacturing enterprises in the province signed up to participate. This competition is the first of its kind in Liaoning, and the top ten players will represent Liaoning in the national finals.
The southeast rooftop competition area has received strong support from filter material-related companies such as Zhejiang Yanpai, Huaji, Hengze and other filter material-related companies. Through strict selection, several outstanding players were selected to participate in the finals.
During the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, China’s textile industry placed the training of technical and skilled personnel in a more prominent position.
