On December 11, Triangle Town held an on-site meeting for the demolition of old factory buildings. The demolition of Dongtai Dyeing (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd., Zhongshan Cathay Dyeing and Finishing Co., Ltd., and Zhongshan Yinma Textile Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. The company has a total of 34 acres of old factory buildings to be demolished.
According to reports, the demolition area of the old factories of the above three companies totals about 380 acres, and the 34 acres of demolition in the first phase belong to the Yinma Dyeing and Finishing Area and the Cathay Dyeing and Finishing Area.
Among them, enterprises in the Yinma Dyeing and Finishing Area mainly have problems such as inefficient land use, low-end industry, environmental protection and safety hazards. The planned transformation area of this area is about 1,100 acres. After the upgrade and transformation, it will focus on cultivating and developing the intelligent textile printing and dyeing equipment industry, and moving towards high-endintelligentelectronics industry and advanced manufacturingTransformation and Upgrading.
Enterprises in the Cathay Dyeing and Finishing Area mainly have problems such as inefficient land use, backward equipment, and potential environmental and safety hazards. The planned transformation scope is about 2,128 acres. After the upgrade and transformation, the industry will move towards “automation”, “intelligent” and “high-end” development.
According to reports, Triangle Town will focus on building a “two-pronged, two-pronged” transformation pattern, strive to increase the existing stock, and maximize the space for industrial development.
Among them, the “two wings” refer to the east wing, which is mainly focused on the transformation park of Gaoping’s key projects. It takes advantage of the Shenzhen enterprises that account for more than 80% of the newly introduced projects in the town in the past two years to further strengthen the industrial chain investment and continue to accurately connect with Shenzhen. Large investment, large business; while the west wing is mainly focused on the Jinli key project transformation park, taking advantage of the basic advantages belonging to the extension zone of Shunde’s small household appliance industry, connecting Shunde’s small household appliances and specialized new enterprises according to local conditions, improving industrial agglomeration, Supply chain integrity and corporate technological competitiveness.
In the “two-pronged approach”, one “management” is to innovate and implement hard measures to link the “water volume” of pollution discharge rights with corporate output value and taxation, to speed up the removal of small, scattered and hazardous polluting enterprises; the other “management” is to reduce the building floor area ratio , the agglomeration rate serves as a “hard lever” to promote “industry going upstairs”, create a “vertical factory”, expand the industrial carrier space, and improve the efficiency of per mu of production.
