The administrative penalty decision letter shows that after investigation, the parties sold three types of pants with product numbers 8574/415/800, 8281/487/800, and 9252/405/800 through Shanghai The Institute of Quality Supervision and Inspection Technology conducted an inspection based on the product express standard FZ/T 81007-2012 “Single and Clip Clothing”. The color fastness to rubbing/(level) item did not meet the standard requirements and was judged to be unqualified. It is now found that the party concerned purchased a total of 64 pairs of the above three unqualified pants from April to May 2021. All of them have been sold and there is no inventory. The total value of the above products is 16,136 yuan, and the illegal income is 8,593.03 yuan.
The Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation stated that the party’s behavior of selling clothing with substandard products passed off as qualified products violated the provisions of Article 39 of the Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China. After comprehensive consideration of the number of violations and the duration of the party’s violations, And actively cooperate with the administrative agencies in the investigation and rectification. According to the regulations, the administrative penalties for the parties are as follows: first, ordered to stop selling clothing that passes substandard products as qualified products; second, a fine of 1.5 times the value of the illegally sold products 24,204 yuan ; Third, the illegal income of 8,593.03 yuan was confiscated. The total amount of fines and confiscations was 32,797.03 yuan.
