On behalf of the National Textile Machinery Standardization Committee, Zhao Qi, Secretary General of the National Textile Machinery and Accessories Standardization Technical Committee, thanked all members for overcoming many difficulties during the epidemic to attend this annual meeting. He also briefly introduced the work results of the National Textile Machinery Standardization Committee’s “13th Five-Year Plan” and the textile machinery standard system. It is pointed out that the formulation and revision of textile machinery standards is the basis for the improvement of productquality and production efficiency of our entire textile industry. It is also an important technical support for realizing a strong textile country. In the past five years, the National Textile Machinery Standards Committee has participated in a total of 231 standard projects. As of the end of 2020, there are 132 current national standards for textile machinery and 434 industry standards, for a total of 566 items. It focused on the three important tasks of the National Textile Machinery Standardization Committee during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, including: ① Promote the construction of the textile machineryintelligent manufacturing standard system and complete intelligent manufacturing Construction of a standard service platform; ② Increase the integration and optimization of textile machinery standards, and promote the formulation and revision of standards with a standard age of more than five years; ③ Promote international standards work, enhance our voice in the formulation and revision of international standards, and bring more advanced industry standards into international standards. Finally, she made two suggestions for the future standard formulation and revision work of the Textile Equipment Branch of the National Textile Machinery Standardization Committee: ① In the process of standard formulation and revision, especially the review process, more experts from downstream companies can be invited to participate and collect their opinions. opinions and understand their concerns; ② Fully foresee risks and nip them in the bud.

Work report

Secretary-General Hou Shuili reported on the work in 2021 from three aspects: the formulation and revision of textile equipment standards, standard review, and the adjustment of textile equipment branch members, and proposed a work plan for the formulation and revision of standards in 2022. In 2021, the Textile Equipment Branch has completed various tasks well: ① Completed the revision of 5 industry standards while maintaining quality and quantity; ② Submitted the “Pipe Grabber for Collective Doffing Ring Spinning Machines” and “Cotton Ring Spinning Machine” “Machine Brake” 2 draft industry standards and project proposals as the 2 textile industry standards to be formulated in 2022; ③ Organize a review of 3 international standards, of which 1 will continue to be valid, 1 will be revised, and 1 will be revised. Abolition; ④ Started the recruitment work of branch members, voted on the recruitment of members, and all agreed that Dai Liqiang of Haining Xinyi Mechanical and Electrical Co., Ltd. should be a member of the Textile Equipment Branch. He said that the Shaanxi Textile Equipment Research Institute’s textile equipment industry standardization work has been carried out for 56 years. The secretariat is currently preparing to apply for the 2023 textile equipment standard formulation and revision project, which will be completed by April 30, 2022. All committee members are welcome to jointly undertake the task of formulating and revising textile equipment standards. Chen Liguo, chairman of the Textile Equipment Sub-Technical Committee of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Textile Machinery and Accessories, made a report titled “The Role of Standards in Quality Management”. He elaborated on the importance of standards to enterprises from three aspects: the purpose and function of setting standards and enterprise standardization management. The main purpose of setting standards is to achieve interchangeability between mechanical parts. The competition of products is the competition of technical standards, and technology The formulation of standards has gradually become a “new battlefield” for competitors. Only by continuously improving its standardization system from the aspects of management standards, product technology (quality) standards, product manufacturing process standards, product inspection and testing standards, design specifications, etc., so that all processes of enterprise management have norms to follow, can enterprises Promote the further improvement of enterprise quality management level, product and technology development level. Finally, he put forward some suggestions for the formulation and revision of standards: ① The speed of standard formulation and revision can be appropriately accelerated.
