Green printing and dyeing and carbon neutrality training class held in Keqiao
The proposal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals have had a profound impact on social and economic development, production and management methods, and life and consumption concepts. In order to implement the “double carbon” goal of the textile industry, the “Green Printing and Dyeing and Carbon Neutral Training Course” was recently held in Keqiao.
It is reported that this event is hosted by Keqiao District Printing and Dyeing Industry Cluster Upgrading Service Center, Jiangnan University Keqiao Light Textile Industry Technology Center, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University Shaoxing Keqiao Research Institute, Xi’an Polytechnic University Keqiao Textile Industry Innovation Research Institute, Co-organized by Shaoxing Innovation Research Institute of Donghua University. Due to epidemic prevention and control reasons, this event was held entirely online, attracting more than 100 students from more than 50 companies including “Caihongzhuang Printing and Dyeing”, “Yingfeng Technology”, “Barut Clothing” and “Baofang Printing and Dyeing” to watch online.
”Polyester is the most important fiber type in the textile industry, accounting for more than 70%. In recent years, my country’s chemical fiber production continues to increase.” Pei Liujun, associate professor at Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology, gave a speech titled “Innovative Textile Dyeing and Finishing Technologies and Industrialization for Carbon Peak Carbon Neutralization” and introduced in detail the recycling of salt after dyeing and waterless dyeing. , microcapsule dyeing and other new dyeing technology points, and focused on explaining the key technical systems and technical advantages of non-aqueous media and waterless dyeing.
Professor Li Rong of Donghua University gave a speech titled “Discussion on Carbon Emission Accounting Methodology and Emission Reduction Approaches for the Printing and Dyeing Industry under Dual Carbon Targets”, introducing the “Double Carbon Target” Relevant national policies, development plans and national standards under the “Carbon” goal, focusing on the carbon emission accounting methods of textile and garment enterprises and the greenhouse gas emission reduction technologies and methods of the textile industry.
This training class includes expert-taught courses and self-study courses. The expert-taught courses are taught by 6 experts. The content focuses on green dyeing materials, digital low-carbon textiles, energy saving and emission reductionTechnology, etc. Self-study courses are completed by the students who attend the class and complete the designated PPT by themselves.
