The 2022 National Textile Machinery Industry Production and Operation Conference will be held
The year 2021, which was once expected to be full of difficulties, is coming to an end. The answers given by China’s textile industry and China’s textile machinery industry are not bad. Faced with the impact of the epidemic, the textile industry was the first to resume production and achieved better results. Economic benefits. From January to October, the country’s 34,000 textile enterprises above designated size achieved operating income of 4.13386 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.2%. Enterprises above designated size achieved a total profit of 198.27 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 29.7%. In the first three quarters, the operating income of textile machinery enterprises above designated size increased by 39.02% year-on-year, and total profits increased by 59.12% year-on-year.
About to enter 2022,
How should people in the industry plan and layout?
On December 27, 2021, the 2022 National Textile Machinery Industry Production and Operation Symposium and the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Weaving Machinery Branch and Nonwoven Machinery Branch were held in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province Jointly organized by the city. Gu Ping, President of China Textile Machinery Association, Vice Presidents Liu Song, Zhao Xiaogang, Hou Xi, Secretary General Cong Zheng, Deputy Chief Engineer Li Xueqing and other industry association leaders, as well as representatives of enterprises in the textile machinery industry attended the meeting.
The meeting was chaired by Gu Ping.
Gao Yong, Secretary and Secretary-General of the Party Committee of the ChinaTextile Industry Federation, analyzed the development environment of the textile and textile machinery industry online and made suggestions for the future development of industry enterprises. .
Gao Yong pointed out that under the continued impact of the epidemic, the textile industry has performed reasonably well compared with the entire national economy and the entire industrial economy since the beginning of this year, and is still in a steady recovery stage overall. The growth of the textile industry is mainly supported by three aspects: First, exports. From January to November, the industry’s export volume reached US$285.2 billion, and will exceed US$300 billion for the whole year, setting a record high for industry exports. In 2020, industry growth will rely on the support of anti-epidemic textiles. This year, industry exports will mainly rely on clothing. The second is industrial textiles. Although after entering 2021, the production capacity of industrial textiles, especially anti-epidemic textiles, has declined, the industry still achieved a growth of 12.4%, which is much higher than other industries and has become an important force supporting the growth of the industry. Third, raw materials, especially chemical fibers, continue to maintain relatively large growth. At the same time, the growth of chemical fibers also supports the growth of profits of the entire textile industry. Overall, demand mainly depends on external demand, and domestic demand does not grow much.
From the overall perspective of the industry chain, the front line is better than the back line, and large enterprises perform better than small and medium-sized enterprises. For example, the production or main business income of clothing has slightly decreased, while chemical fiber has increased significantly. From the perspective of fixed asset investment, it is mainly chemical fiber and cotton spinning that have supported the growth of fixed asset investment in the industry this year.
When interpreting the performance of China’s economy, some economists summarized several aspects. First, external demand is better than domestic demand; second, front-end industries are better than back-end industries; third, the performance of large and medium-sized enterprises is better than domestic demand. Small and medium-sized enterprises; fourth, the manufacturing industry is generally better than the service industry. Regarding these trends, as an industry with a relatively high degree of marketization, the performance of the textile industry in the past year is consistent with the overall trend of national economic development.
Gao Yong said that the Central Economic Work Conference summarized the entire economic situation this year and judged the trend in 2022, and put forward the word “stability” first, seeking progress in stability, and proposed “six stability and six guarantees”. For the textile industry, as an industry with a relatively sufficient market economy, we may play a certain role as a weathervane in some aspects. For example, in terms of market demand, we have fully demonstrated the tendency for external demand to outperform domestic demand. But in 2022, the entire trend may change. First of all, as the epidemic changes and manufacturing production in South and Southeast Asian countries recovers, the transfer of orders will slow down in 2022. Second, in terms of fixed asset investment, the investment trend of large and medium-sized enterprises is likely to remain. For example, the industrial chain extension of leading chemical fiber enterprises continues. In addition, the trend of green fiber or high-tech fiber investment is also continuing, such as investment in carbon fiber, investment in lyocell fiber, etc. In addition, industrial upgrading in cotton spinning, printing and dyeing, knitting and other fields, investment in intelligent manufacturing will not diminish, and investment in clothing is also worth looking forward to.
Generally speaking, the overall performance of textile machinery in the past year has been relatively stable, and the development in 2022 will still be relatively stable. Of course, the performance of each industry is different. Our raw material industry may still maintain a certain growth. Based on the “double carbon” goal, we will continue to work hard on equipment related to green manufacturing.
Gao Yong particularly emphasized the improvement of the intelligent manufacturing level and capabilities of textile machinery manufacturing companies. He said that there are already several models in the industry that can be called models. There is a smart factory, but there is still a long way to go before the true intelligent manufacturing of textile machinery. He hopes that various industries and enterprises can come together and work together to achieve faster improvement in the level of intelligent manufacturing of textile machinery.
Liu Song on “The First Three Years of 2021″In terms of brand promotion, release of new products or new technologies, market competition research, etc., the company’s various exhibition goals have been achieved at a relatively good rate. Judging from the results of the exhibition audience survey, the overall evaluation satisfaction of the exhibition is relatively high, and the satisfaction with indicators such as the scope and completeness of the exhibits, the industry representativeness of the exhibitors, the participation of well-known companies in the industry, and the innovativeness of the exhibits are all higher than the previous average level, the audience’s willingness to visit the next exhibition is quite high.
Zhao Xiaogang emphasized that after extensive collection of suggestions from exhibitors and visitors, the 2022 Textile Machinery Joint Exhibition will adopt a series of rectification measures, including improving the general provisions and notifying relevant on-site requirements in advance; optimizing the online service module, improving the filling process, and strengthening Keep data confidential; give full play to industry advantages to further increase visitor promotion; coordinate and promote exhibition hall transportation and catering conditions, etc. It is particularly worth mentioning that the 2022 Textile Machinery Joint Exhibition will collect on-site activities from exhibitors earlier than the previous session, such as new product releases, technical lectures, live broadcasts, etc., and will use the organizer’s channels to promote it extensively in advance to help exhibitors achieve better results. Excellent display effect.
The 2022 Textile Machinery Joint Exhibition will be held at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center from November 20 to 24, 2022. Registration has been started and has reached the peak registration area for the same period in previous exhibitions. It will end on March 10, 2022. It is hoped that enterprises can register as soon as possible and prepare calmly. ITMA2023 will be held in Milan, Italy, from June 8th to 14th, 2023. The China Textile Machinery Association is exclusively authorized to organize ITMA2023 Chinese mainland enterprises to participate in the exhibition and related work. Registration will close on March 15, 2022.
