Foshan: Many textile companies were awarded the first batch of digital intelligence demonstration workshops

On January 4, 2022, the Foshan Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology announced the 2021 Foshan Digitalintelligent demonstration workshop review results (hereinafter referred to as the “review results”). A total of 64 workshops in the city have been selected and are expected to receive a subsidy of 2 million yuan each.

Looking at regions, among the 64 workshops, 26 are located in Nanhai, 25 are located in Shunde, 7 are located in Sanshui, and there are 4 and 2 workshops in Chancheng and Gaoming respectively. From an industry perspective, the selected workshops cover equipment, glass, textiles, medicine, home appliances, building materials, molds and other fields. Among them, three companies, Foshan Jianmei Aluminum Co., Ltd., Foshan Shunde District Shunde Computer Factory Co., Ltd., and Foshan Mago Home Furnishing Co., Ltd., have two workshops selected.

In July last year, Foshan issued the “Foshan City’s Several Measures to Promote the Digital and Intelligent Transformation and Development of the Manufacturing Industry” (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy Measures”). In the next three years, Foshan city and district levels will further increase support and reduce the digitalization of manufacturing enterprises. Intelligent transformation and development costs, focusing on solving transformation and development problems such as the shortage of digital intelligenttalent teams, and creating a better development ecology for the digital and intelligent transformation of Foshan’s manufacturing industry.

In terms of a number of specific measures, Foshan will provide a larger amount of financial support. For example, the maximum one-time reward for a first-level digital intelligent demonstration factory is 20 million yuan; the maximum single support for a digital intelligent transformation benchmark demonstration project is 8 million yuan, etc. In addition, Foshan will continue to implement the fixed asset investment support policy for technological transformation of industrial enterprises and increase support for digital and intelligent transformation. A single enterprise can receive up to 100 million yuan in fixed investment support funds for technological transformation each year.

Specific measures include supporting manufacturing enterprises to build benchmark demonstration projects, and encouraging enterprises to carry out demonstration projects such as digital intelligent factories, digital intelligent workshops, industrial Internet benchmark demonstration projects, and digital intelligent transformation benchmark demonstration projects, depending on the degree of digital intelligence. wait.

Policies and measures specify the number and support for demonstration factories, demonstration workshops and benchmark demonstration projects. For example, in terms of demonstration factories, Foshan identifies no more than 30 digital and intelligent demonstration factories every year, of which no more than 10 are first-level digital and intelligent demonstration factories, with a maximum one-time reward of 20 million yuan.

It is worth mentioning that in November last year, the Foshan Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology also announced the review results of the 2021 Foshan Digital Intelligent Demonstration Factory.
