The market credit supervision platform of Nantong International Home Textile Industrial Park is officially launched
On February 28, the mobile terminal of the market credit supervision platform of Nantong International Home Textile Industrial Park was launched on the “Nantong Baitong” APP. The platform aims to serve the public and merchants, improve regulatory efficiency, optimize the park’s business environment, encourage merchants to operate legally and honestly, and create Nantong City’s “credit card.”
Nantong Municipal Development and Reform Commission (Municipal Credit Office), Municipal Big Data Administration Bureau, Municipal Big Data Group and other departments and units work together to jointly promote the construction of Nantong City’s credit supervision system. This project is included in the second phase of the city’s municipal governance modernization key projects. The system covers four major applications: global credit monitoring, international home textile industrial park market credit management, financial big data risk control, and credit supervision analysis. It promotes the application of credit scenarios and helps facilitate credit and benefit enterprises. The market credit supervision platform of Nantong International Home Textile Industrial Park focuses on the city’s home textile specialty industry and serves the country’s largest home textile commodity distribution center. It is a pilot project for our city to implement a new credit-based supervision mechanism in the tangible market, and strives to build a system that covers the entire process of supervision work. The credit supervision system effectively improves supervision efficiency and further optimizes the park’s operating environment.
The market credit supervision platform of Nantong International Home Textile Industrial Park conducts credit evaluations on merchants, forms a “credit map” of Home Textile City for consumers, and creates a safe and secure consumption environment. Based on the monthly credit evaluations of merchants, the competent authorities generate spot inspection checklists, “no trouble” for merchants with excellent credit evaluations, and focus on supervision of merchants with poor credit evaluations. The supervision list will be distributed to law enforcement officers, who will conduct on-site inspections and enter the inspection results on the mobile terminal. Merchants are urged to make timely rectifications of violations discovered during spot checks. Park merchants can sign the “Civilized and Integrity Business Commitment” online through the web page or the “Nantong Baitong” APP, which covers many aspects of the merchant’s daily business activities. They are specific and clear business matters that are closely related to the merchant’s daily operations and are enforceable. Strong, guide compliance with laws and regulations, and maintain good social credit records.
In the next stage, Nantong International Home Textile Industrial Park will continue to promote the use of market credit supervision platforms in supervision work. The Municipal Development and Reform Commission (Municipal Credit Office) will continue to promote a new credit-based supervision mechanism and further optimize market credit supervision. The functions of the platform will further expand its application in the tangible market of our city.
