Jeff Price also said: “No trade agreement is perfect, and the same applies to the TPP. We must review the agreement from the perspective of U.S. textile manufacturers. Faced with key points that are difficult to choose, we need to go through iterations Negotiations and negotiations to reach a consensus. Despite this, the agreement is still very sound in governing and managing U.S. textile trade. Throughout the negotiation process, we reached an agreement that if the strategic goals of the Committee can be achieved during the implementation of the TPP agreement, If satisfied, the committee will fully support the agreement. At the same time, the U.S. government also agrees with the committee’s resolution. In 2016, the National Textile Organization Committee hopes to promote the TPP with the collaborative help of the U.S. congressional leadership and the Obama administration. The final realization.”
Finally, Jeff Price said: “We are very grateful to our ambassador, Mr. Michael Froman, and the entire negotiating team representing the United States for recognizing and helping us participate in the formulation of the TPP.”
