The products involved are mainly listed in the U.S. Customs Tariff Numbers. Under tax numbers 7019.59.4021, 7019.59.4096, 7019.59.9021, 7019.59.9096, etc.
The U.S. International Trade Commission plans to make a preliminary ruling on damages on March 7. If it is determined that there is substantial harm or a threat of substantial harm, the investigation will continue. The U.S. Department of Commerce is expected to make a preliminary ruling on subsidies on April 21 and on July 5. A preliminary ruling on dumping was made.
