India/cotton season output increased .% year-on-year
According to a report by India’s “The Christian” on December 13, the Indian Cotton Advisory Board (CAB) predicts that India’s cotton output in the current cotton production season (October 2017 to September 2018) is expected to reach 37.7 million bales, year-on-year. An increase of 9.3%; the import volume was 1.7 million packages, a year-on-year decrease of 45.1%; the export volume was 6.7 million packages, a year-on-year increase of 15.1%.
