Entering the Zhechuan Textile Industry Collaboration Demonstration Park: One spinning thread brings together 36 companies
On March 12, at Yibin Tianzhihua Textile Technology Co., Ltd., more than 100 vortex textile machines were spinning up and down and could “spit out” 210 tons of yarn a day. The output nearly doubled year-on-year, but Products are still in short supply, and the order deadline has been scheduled until April.
Tianzhihua Company, headquartered in Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, is one of the first companies to settle in the Zhechuan Textile Industry Collaboration Demonstration Park. After four years of development, the scale of Yibin Tianzhihua Textile has far exceeded that of the Jiaxing headquarters.
Tianzhihua is not the only one. Driven by the “spinning thread” of east-west cooperation, the park has introduced 36 textile companies with a total investment of 28.9 billion yuan and an expected output value of 42.8 billion yuan. It has initially built a spinning and spinning industry. The entire industrial chain of threads, weaving and clothing has been clustered, employing more than 8,000 people, including more than 1,040 people who have been lifted out of poverty.
Investment promotion:
Learn from Zhejiang’s “standard land” system, “tax revenue per mu is 150,000 yuan” and “leading technology and equipment” are hard leverage
Driving on Zhechuan Avenue in Pingshan Economic Development Zone, there were many fences on both sides of the road, tower cranes, excavators and other equipment were waving their long arms, “Zhechuan and Sichuan are like a family” and “collaboration and win-win, hand in hand” Slogans such as “rich” can be seen everywhere.
“A new factory is being built here, a hotel is being built over there, and a hospital is going to be built in front…” pointing to the construction site outside the car window, Miao Liwei, a temporary cadre from Zhejiang Province and deputy director of the Pingshan County Government Office, told reporters.
On one side of Zhechuan Avenue, the two large factory buildings with red and white ceramic tiles are Tianzhihua Textile. In the context of poverty alleviation cooperation between the East and the West, Tianzhihua Textile settled in Pingshan in 2018. The project is planned to be constructed in five phases and will introduce 500 units of the most advanced eddy current textile equipment.
“Compared to the Jiaxing headquarters, we have achieved four major upgrades.” Luo Tianyu, assistant general manager of the company, said that the first is the equipment upgrade. The 870EX vortex spinning machine can produce 550 meters of spinning yarn per minute, and the production efficiency is increased by 10%; the second is the equipment upgrade. System upgrades, concentrated factories, high utilization rates, and 5% reduction in operating costs; third, technological upgrades, using fully automated packaging production lines, reducing the number of employees by half; fourth, product grade upgrades, producing more than 40 types of yarns.
“Zhechuan’s renewed love of mountains and seas has strengthened our confidence in development.” Luo Tianyu said that after the first and second phases were put into production, the third phase was launched immediately, and the fourth and fifth phases also started planning. After the project is fully completed, the annual output value will reach 4 billion yuan, and it will become the largest eddy current textile industry in the country.
“The east-to-west movement of textiles is not to move the backward and obsolete machinery and equipment and production processes from the east to the west, but to guide the enterprises in the east to upgrade during the transfer through technological upgrading, equipment updating, and process replacement, so as to achieve Phoenix Nirvana. .” said Gu Jianzhong, a cadre from Zhejiang who came to Sichuan on a temporary basis and deputy magistrate of Pingshan County.
This year, Pingshan has integrated Zhejiang’s “standard land” system into the park’s project attractions, set dynamically adjusted investment standards, output standards, and energy-saving standard indicators, strictly controlled project access, and clarified that “the average tax per mu is 150,000 yuan” The two bottom lines of “leading technology and equipment” will divert limited land resources to highquality projects.
“In the past, when recruiting businesses, everything in the basket was filled with vegetables. Now with the ‘standard land’ system, we are ‘carrying the basket to select vegetables.'” During this period, Liu Yuan, Director of the Economic Cooperation and Foreign Affairs Bureau of Pingshan County On average, we receive three waves of customers a day. “We have turned away projects that are small in scale and have backward production techniques.”
Park:
The industrial chain extends upstream and downstream, and management is upgraded to intelligence
“When we first chose Pingshan, we were interested in the electricity price of 37,000 kilowatt-hours. Now, we are more interested in the industrial ecosystem here.” said Cheng Yufeng, deputy general manager of Yibin Hongqu Industry Co., Ltd.
Taking yarn weaving in the middle reaches of the industrial chain as the starting point for industrial undertaking, the Zhechuan Textile Industry Collaboration Demonstration Park focuses on fiber, weaving, clothing and other industrial chains, and introduces upstream and downstream enterprises in weaving and garment making. We will build an ecosystem around the chain, create the “Pingshan·Pinghu Fashion Industrial Park” and “Park within a Park”, and make every effort to introduce waterless printing and dyeing, home textiles, light textiles, high-end clothing and other enterprises. Currently, the “Garden within a Garden” has attracted small and micro enterprises such as Youdun Premium Medical to settle in. “We mainly produce adult diapers. We came here not only because of the convenient transportation and easy procurement of some production raw materials, but more importantly, the park has good services.” said the person in charge of Youdun Premium.
Strengthening and replenishing chains are inseparable from the drive of innovation. Use a bamboo skewer to comb the cotton sliver into small strands, then observe whether the fibers are knotted and whether the texture is clear, and then weigh it on the scale. “It is qualified within plus or minus 0.1. If it is too light or too heavy, the machine must be readjusted, otherwise it will affect the quality of the finished yarn.” At the Tianzhihua Textile Technology Research Center, staff member Guo Ping carefully monitors the quality.
In addition to quality inspection, the research center is also engaged in new product development. “The blending technology we have developed can already produce yarn according to black, white, and gray color cards, which can directly eliminate the printing and dyeing process. It is environmentally friendly and comfortable.” Luo Tianyu explain.
Gu Jianzhong said that currently 80% of the park’sThe company has established a product laboratory, has developed more than 500 new products, and applied for 29 patents. Next, we will cooperate with the Ministry of Science and Technology’s designated assistance forces to promote the construction of a textile science and technology collaborative innovation center, carry out various technology research and development, product inspection and testing, textile training, etc., to enhance the core competitiveness of the industry.
On March 2, the innovation center’s first textile expert workstation was established. Southwest University professor Zhang Tonghua’s team will provide the park with technical research, product research and development, platform construction, intellectual property rights , project application, achievement transformation and other support services.
With the expansion of park scale and industrial upgrading, social management, public services and other management work have become increasingly complex. How to manage the park well? “We decided to equip the park with a ‘smart brain’ and transform the management method from extensive to standardized and digital.” Gu Jianzhong said that this year, the East-West collaboration has launched a smart park project, using cloud computing, the Internet, big data, and 5G technology to build The safety emergency response, environmental monitoring and early warning, and government service platform are expected to be put into use in June.
The park also plans to guide leading enterprises to implement digital transformation and energy-saving transformation, promote distributed photovoltaic power generation, and build a number of greenintelligentfactories and “zero-carbon factories.”
