Hangzhou Sericulture Technology Promotion Station went to Chun’an to carry out research and service activities
Recently, relevant experts from the Sericulture Service Team of the Hangzhou Sericulture Technology Promotion Station went to Chun’an to carry out research and service activities. Relevant leaders and experts from the Sericulture and Tea Research Institute of the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Shengzhou Mosang High-tech Co., Ltd. were invited to participate Research services.
The research service team visited the Xiajiang Base of Hangzhou Qiandao Lake Silkworm Seed Co., Ltd. and the Sericulture Seed Industry Base of Lianhuan Village, Langchuan Township, Chun’an County, and learned in detail about the construction of mulberry gardens and labor-saving sericulture facilities and equipment in the base. Had a sit-down discussion with base technicians on the base breeding of artificial feed silkworm varieties.
The research team pointed out that the successful exploration of Shengzhou Babei Group’s factory-based sericulture technology provides a positive reference for the light upgrading of Hangzhou’s sericulture industry. As a dominant and characteristic industry in Chun’an County, sericulture has rich historical and technological accumulation. Chun’an County is currently in a critical period of transformation and upgrading of the sericulture industry. It urgently needs to cooperate with the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences Sericulture and Tea Research Institute, Babei Group, etc. to accelerate scientific and technological achievements. Transformation, promote the construction of the sericulture seed industry breeding base in Chun’an County, and promote the highquality development of the sericulture industry in Hangzhou.
