The province’s first intellectual property alliance for textile fabrics came to Lanxi
Recently, LanxiCotton Textile Elastic Fabric Industry Intellectual Property Alliance officially passed the Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau It will be registered and become the first batch of provincial industrial intellectual property alliances in 2022. This is also the first textile fabric intellectual property alliance in the province.
In order to further support the innovative development of enterprises and strengthen the collaborative protection of intellectual property rights, Lanxi established the Cotton Textile Elastic Fabric Industry Intellectual Property Alliance, which currently includes 39 textile companies, 1 university, 3 financial institutions, and 5 service institutions. Three patent pools including “Yarns and Processing Technology”, “Knitted and Woven Fabrics” and “Layered Fabrics” have been established, containing 151 patents. The alliance aims to establish a patent defense system for cotton textile elastic fabrics based on the patent pool to help companies improve their intellectual property layout, avoid intellectual property risks, and maximize patent value.
In the next step, the Lanxi Municipal Market Supervision Bureau will strengthen regulatory services, strengthen assistance and publicity, build a communication and collaboration platform for scientific research institutes, enterprises, and intermediary service agencies, and promote the in-depth integration of the innovation chain and the industrial chain. At the same time, by improving the operation of the patent pool, we actively carry out patent early warning analysis and patent navigation construction, open up the entire chain of intellectual property creation, application, protection, management and service, and effectively use intellectual property resources to enhance industry influence.
