The high-end apparel manufacturing project of Yulin (Fumian) Ecological Industrial Park is constructed in Yulin (Fumian) Ecological Textile and Garment Industrial Park with a total investment of 200 million yuan and a total planned land area of 19,597.19 square meters (29.3958 acres). The construction area is 18964.17 square meters, including building decoration engineering, electrical engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, fire protection engineering, outdoor general leveling engineering and other related supporting facilities. After the project is completed and put into operation, it is expected that the annual total output value will reach 100 million yuan and the tax revenue will be about 7 million yuan. It will solve the laboremployment population of about 800 people, drive the employment development of local people, and improve the relevance of the industrial structure in Fumian District.

Yulin (Fumian) Ecological Industrial Park Standard Factory Building (Phase II) is built in Yulin (Fumian) Ecological Textile and Garment Industrial Park with a total investment of 200 million yuan and a total planned land area of 16,589.70 square meters (24.88 acres) , with a total construction area of 18,687.36 square meters, including greening projects, outdoor water supply and drainage, walls, roads and other related supporting facilities. After the project is completed and put into operation, it is expected that the annual total output value will reach 80 million yuan and the tax revenue will be about 5 million yuan. It will create about 600 jobs, promote employment development for local people, and provide important support for the highquality development of the industrial economy in Fumian District.

Guangxi Xinjiayi Textile Co., Ltd. is located in Yulin (Fumian) Ecological Textile and Garment Industrial Park. The business scope includes the manufacturing of finished household textiles, the manufacturing of finished industrial textiles, the sales of knitted products and raw materials, and the manufacturing and sales of clothing. The total investment in the Guangxi Xinjiayi Textile Project is approximately 100 million yuan, and the equipment investment is expected to be 35 million yuan. The planned construction area is 20,000 square meters, with three standard factory buildings totaling 15,000 square meters and dormitories of 3,000 square meters. After the factory is completed, it is expected to invest 200 textile machines. The fabrics produced after the project is completed are mainly sold to European and American countries and domestic places such as Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang, etc. Some of the fabrics are used in the company’s garment production line to make clothing and sold to foreign markets such as the United States. After the company’s weaving and garment manufacturing sectors are completed and put into production, the annual total output value is expected to reach 60 million yuan, with tax revenue of approximately 3 million yuan. It will provide an employment population of about 500 people, with significant economic benefits, and effectively stimulate new momentum for the development of Fumian District’s industrial economy.
