Hunan Liling’s apparel industry is expected to grow by 17% year-on-year in the first quarter
Recently, Liling’s apparel industry has experienced a boom in orders, and production in various factories is booming. It is reported that the production capacity of Liling City’s apparel industry in the first quarter is expected to reach 1.15 billion yuan, with sales of 1.05 billion yuan. Sales are expected to increase by 17% year-on-year.
At Guosheng Clothing Co., Ltd., all five production lines have been put into operation. Hu Changbin, director of Guosheng Company, said that the company’s daily production volume has reached more than 1,800 pieces. Its orders mainly come from Xinjiang, Hubei, Shaanxi and other regions, and it will complete the order production of nearly 100,000 sets by the end of June. In order to complete the task on time, Guosheng Company also recruited a group of young employees and improved production efficiency by conducting employee safety skills training and equipment maintenance testing. At present, Guosheng Company has added an intelligent hanging production line and several automatic cutting equipment to the original basis, with the target turnover increasing by more than 20% year-on-year.
The four production lines of Xinzi Group are operating at full capacity, and the daily production volume has reached more than 2,000 pieces. At present, Xinzi Group has added an intelligent production line, computer exploration machines, computer template machines and other equipment, and its employees have also increased by more than 10%. Guo Xuebin, production director of Xinzi Group, said that this year’s sales are expected to reach 180 million to 200 million yuan, with an estimated production capacity of 1 million pieces and a target mission of more than 30% year-on-year growth.
