On the morning of April 13, the Henan Home Textile Industry Association held the “Commendation Meeting for Units Participating in the Drafting of Three Group Standards for Curtains” in Zhengzhou. Zhang Shiwei, director of the association office, presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, Cao Xinlian, president of the Henan Home Textiles Industry Association, said that the association will complete the preparations for the group standards working committee in 2020, and will carry out curtains such as “cloth roll curtains”, “100-fold curtains”, A series of work including collection, compilation and revision of the three group standards of “Rainbow (Zebra) Curtain”.

Among these three group standards, curtain fabrics (color difference, light resistance, safety) head, tail and bracket, bead thread (line lock, circlip), finished product appearance, dimensional tolerance, operating performance, etc. There are specific standards and requirements.

On February 7, 2021, the three group standards were released on the “National Group Standards Information Platform” and began to be implemented on March 7 of the same year, effectively promoting new products, the development of new business formats and new models has promoted the supply of highquality products and services.

He said that on February 23, 2022, 17 departments including the National Standardization Administration Committee jointly issued the “Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Group Standards and Regulations.” The “Opinions” provide guidance from ten aspects respectively, so that you can see the truth. Among them, in improving the incentive policy for the development of group standards, it is specifically mentioned to establish and improve the mechanism for the adoption of group standards for recommended national standards, and to jointly promote group standards as one of the important assessment indicators of scientific research project results in conjunction with the relevant administrative departments of the State Council. All departments and localities are encouraged to include the standards of groups that have achieved remarkable results in promoting high-quality economic and social development into the scope of rewards. Employers such as enterprises, universities, and scientific research institutions are encouraged to increase the weight of group standards in professional title evaluations. Encourage relevant departments to establish relevant financing credit enhancement systems and encourage enterprises to provide high-quality products and services by implementing group standards.

Cao Xinlian said that this year, the association will continue to strengthen group standardization work and actively carry out group standard projects for tussah silk quilts, old coarse cloth, goose down quilts, finished curtains, fabric curtains, kitchen household textiles, hotel textiles and other products. Research makes standardization truly the driving force for the healthy development of the home textile industry.

During the discussion, Xu Zhengwei, chairman of Zhengzhou Mingjia Fabric Co., Ltd., said that the establishment of complete group standards is important for protecting intellectual property rights and encouraging corporate technological innovation and new product development. It plays an important role in promoting high-quality development of enterprises. In the future, we must pay more attention to and do a good job in this area.

At the meeting, the three curtain group standards that participated in the drafting of “cloth roll curtains”, “100-fold curtains” and “rainbow (zebra) curtains” were: Zhengzhou Mingyang Window Decoration Technology Co., Ltd., Henan Airijia Home Furnishing, Henan Tiantian Hedi Trading, Henan Fiber Inspection Bureau, Zhongyuan Institute of Technology, Henan LeLian Home Furnishing, Zhengzhou Meimei Fabrics, Zhengzhou Tianpeng Industrial, Zhengzhou Oukai Home Furnishing, Zhengzhou Huicong Textile Design, Zhengzhou Style Erqian Textiles, Henan Zhongzhi 18 units including Science and Technology Standardization Research Institute, Henan Harmony Sunshade Window Decoration, Zhengzhou Buyueertong Industrial, Zhengzhou Xiafei Industrial, Zhengzhou Mingjia Fabric, Zhoukou Meiyan Home Furnishing, and Zhengzhou Sanheju Fabric were commended and awarded license plate.
