The first smart energy textile industrial park in Fujian Province is put into operation
On April 14, Fujian Province’s first smart energy Textile Industry Park was put into operation in the Honggang Textile Industrial Park of Changle Huagang Textile Group, Fuzhou. Huagang Textile Smart Energy Industrial Park focuses on core modules such as clean energy application, green travel, energy conservation and carbon reduction, innovative design, and integrated development of a customer-side smart energy management system and a customer-side smart power management system to implement green and low-carbon smart empowerment. After the first phase of the project is put into operation, the park can save about 3.836 million yuan in energy expenses every year, and the comprehensive energy efficiency of the enterprise has increased by 16.5%.
“As a key industrial enterprise in Fujian Province in the field of chemical fiber textiles, we actively respond to the national ‘carbon peak and carbon neutrality’ strategy, focus on green, low-carbon sustainability, and are committed to building zero-carbon factories and improving the energy efficiency of the park. Achieve cost reduction and increase efficiency, and promote the group’s sustained highquality development.” Tu Yijin, administrative manager of Honggang Textile Industrial Park, introduced.
Industry is the most important engine of national economic development and the largest terminal energy consumption and carbon emission field in my country. Under the strategic goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, decarbonization in the industrial sector has not only become an inevitable requirement, but will also become a key factor for a city to improve its competitiveness. As an important carrier of industrial agglomeration, industrialization and urbanization in Fujian Province, the park’s green and low-carbon development is an important way to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals. Fuzhou Comprehensive Energy Information Service Co., Ltd. focuses on energy conservation and carbon reduction in industrial parks, carries out green and low-carbon smart empowerment, and built the province’s first smart energy textile industrial park demonstration project at Fuzhou Changlehua Port Group.
The Huagang Textile Group Industrial Park covers an area of nearly 1,000 acres and is on the “Hundreds and Thousands” list of key energy-consuming units in Fujian Province. With the continuous improvement of production capacity, the energy consumption trend of group park production is increasing. How to use advanced energy-saving technology to improve the energy efficiency level of the park and achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase while ensuring production quality has become an urgent need for enterprises. In August 2021, State Grid Fuzhou Changle Power Supply Company visited major customers and keenly discovered the company’s energy consumption pain points. Immediately, the company contacted Fuzhou Comprehensive Energy Company for door-to-door service. Based on clean energy, industrial energy-saving means, and smart energy-using tools, it provides enterprises with a competitive “package” comprehensive energy solution. The implementation of this plan can fully improve the overall energy efficiency and save energy expenditures of enterprises. It has been highly recognized by enterprises and has been implemented.
In terms of clean energy, the project will build a rooftop distributed photovoltaic power station with a total installed capacity of about 10 megawatts based on the resource conditions in the park and local conditions. The annual power generation will be about 10 million kilowatt hours, which can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 9,880 tons. Greatly increase the proportion of renewable energy in the park. In terms of industrial energy consumption, the project integrates the Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and other technologies to conduct centralized monitoring and management of electricity, steam and other energy consumption in the park, to realize the digitization and refinement of enterprise energy consumption, and use the combination of data and information Production management methods effectively reduce product unit consumption and promote enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency. In terms of industrial energy conservation, the project uses flexible business models such as contract energy management to carry out energy-saving transformation of the company’s important production power equipment. It solves the problem of high energy consumption of production power equipment while meeting the quality of the company’s production process. The comprehensive power saving rate of the system reaches 23.7%. In terms of centralized heating services, the project combines the heat needs of employee apartments in the park and uses a polymerized energy heat pump centralized hot water supply system with a higher energy efficiency to centrally supply domestic hot water to apartments. Compared with traditional electric heating equipment, it saves 80% of electricity throughout the year. . In terms of intelligent operation and maintenance of station buildings, the project adopts an “online + offline” integrated intelligent operation and maintenance model to transform the customer-side power distribution station from “passive emergency repair” to “active operation and maintenance”, reducing enterprise operation and maintenance costs. 33%, effectively improving the reliability of power supply in the park. In terms of building energy consumption optimization, the project customizes “air conditioning energy steward” services for enterprises based on the air conditioning energy consumption habits of comprehensive office buildings in the park. It conducts status monitoring and dynamic optimization of corporate air conditioning energy consumption, achieving energy savings of up to 7% in air conditioning system management. In terms of green travel, the project will deploy 18 electric vehicle charging piles in the first phase based on the existing conditions of the park. In the later stage, it will gradually improve the construction of production vehicle charging facilities in conjunction with the transformation of the park to meet the green travel needs of park employees and help the park’s vehicle electrification transformation. In terms of smart power management, the project aims at the current situation of single and backward power management methods in employee apartments in the park. It deploys a remote prepaid management system to empower enterprises to manage employee apartments in a precise and efficient manner and eliminate abnormal power consumption loopholes.
“We combined the energy consumption characteristics and actual needs of the enterprise to customize a package of comprehensive energy solutions for it, which effectively improved the comprehensive energy efficiency of the textile park, reduced the use of fossil fuels and carbon emissions, and achieved precision in the enterprise’s energy use. ization and digitalization, which will eventually be transformed into real economic benefits.” said the relevant person in charge of Fuzhou Integrated Energy Company. Through the implementation and implementation of eight major green integrated energy businesses, the project relies on the customer-side smart energy management system to build a comprehensive energy digital network with multi-energy conversion, multi-energy complementation, and multi-network integration, outlining corporate energy consumption, carbon emissions, and carbon reduction. Ranking abilityData “panoramic picture” to achieve comprehensive emission reduction and low-carbon development in the park.
In the future, Fuzhou Comprehensive Energy Information Service Co., Ltd. will continue to explore new energy-saving equipment, new technologies, and new models in the industrial field, implement core businesses, create benchmark demonstrations, replicate and promote applications, expand the construction of smart energy parks, and promote comprehensive integration in the industrial field. The energy market is booming, contributing to the country’s “3060” dual-carbon strategic goals.
