Xidian Hangzhou Research Institute assists Xiaoshan traditional textile enterprises in digital upgrading
Recently, Xidian Hangzhou Research Institute and Dali (China) Co., Ltd. officially signed a technical service contract to provide special technical services for the “Dali Industrial Data Visualization” project to assist the digital transformation of traditional textile and clothing enterprises. This digital transformation technology service is implemented by the Intelligent Equipment Computer System Laboratory of Xidian Hangzhou Research Institute, using digital technology to cover the entire production chain of Dali, through the extraction and analysis of core data, production and operation links Intelligent transformation and data collection realize efficient and low-carbon production throughout the entire process.
“In the industrial layout of Xiaoshan, textile and chemical fibers are widely distributed and account for a large proportion. However, they are facing development crises such as high energy consumption and low efficiency, and there is an urgent need to find new development momentum.” Project leader Associate Professor Yu Qiang said, ” This project helps companies reduce costs and increase efficiency by building big data monitoring, data visualization and other platforms. It is expected to help companies reduce waste by 20%-35%, inventory costs by 20%-40%, and energy consumption by 5%-8%. The labor productivity of some key links will be increased by 15% to 30%.” At present, the project has completed the design and feasibility study of core data extraction, cleaning, mining and other models and visualization solutions, and is currently being implemented.
“We have been carrying out informatization transformation in recent years. Although we have achieved certain results, the data still has an ‘island’ phenomenon, and the value it brings to the enterprise has not been truly reflected.” Dali Group’s informatization work The person in charge, Que Miaofeng, said that he hopes to leverage Xidian’s advantages in information technology and the Internet to fully leverage the value of data and provide more momentum for corporate innovation and digital development.
It is reported that using this project as a pilot project and through industry application replication, Xidian Hangzhou Research Institute will assist in the construction of an industrial Internet platform for the textile industry. In the future, guided by the market and demand, and with the research institute as the source of innovation, Xidian Hangzhou Research Institute will comprehensively assist the transformation and upgrading of Xiaoshan’s traditional industries and serve the digital construction of Zhejiang Province.
