Wuhai’s cationic dye project with an annual output of 9,500 tons is expected to be put into production in October
The plan for the year begins with spring. Walking into the Low-Carbon Industrial Park of Wuhai High-tech Industrial Development Zone, there are many tower cranes, roaring machines, and engineering vehicles shuttling back and forth.
At the construction site of the cationic dye and dye intermediate project of Inner Mongolia Tiancheng Xingwu Chemical Co., Ltd., the construction scene is also in full swing. The project has a total investment of 523 million yuan to build an annual output of 9,500 tons of cationic dyes and dye intermediates. It is planned to be completed and put into production in October this year. 40% of the total investment has been completed. After the project is completed and put into production, it will achieve annual sales of 550 million yuan and annual profits and taxes of 40 million yuan, becoming a world-class cationic dye manufacturer. “Cationic dyes are like ‘little brothers’ in the dye industry. Currently, the national production capacity of cationic dyes is 40,000 to 50,000 tons per year. After the completion of this project, the annual production capacity will be 9,500 tons, which is expected to account for 25% of the national output. We will become the largest cationic dye company in China, fill the gap in the Wuhai dye sector, and further promote the highquality development of the local economy.” General Manager of Inner Mongolia Tiancheng Xingwu Chemical Co., Ltd. Zhao Hong said.
In 2022, Wuhai City plans to implement 186 municipal-level key construction projects with a total investment of 132.5 billion yuan, and plans to complete an investment of more than 19 billion yuan during the year. In order to ensure the steady progress of the construction of key projects, Wuhai City firmly establishes the concept of “project is king” and regards the project site as the main battlefield of economic work. It requires the majority of cadres to work on the front line, coordinate on the front line, provide proactive services, front-line services, extended services, and comprehensive Cycle follow-up and all-factor support will ensure that all key projects will bear fruit as soon as possible and reach production and standards, injecting strong impetus into promoting high-quality economic development.
